- Support in periodic stocktaking activities (monthly/quarterly): verifying raw materials and f inished goods across internal and external warehouses, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Participate in fixed asset verification processes: checking asset location, tagging, and status, and supporting follow-up actions where needed.
- Material master data maintain: creating and validating new material codes, ensuring master data accuracy
- Support month-end closing activities: updating labor cost data, cross-checking working hours, and assisting in posting journal entries into the system.
- Maintain and update master data in the system: by creating and validating new material codes, ensuring accurate reporting for stakeholders.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and consolidate stock and other cost-related reports
- Business Planning: prepare product costing simulation to support in decision-making process
- Support on compliance projects: data analysis related to inventory and compliance; compliance health check automation; compliance competency building
- Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Economics, and other relevant majors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Good command of 4-skill English.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in handling data.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time and 6-month possibility.
