1. New Product Development and Testing: Lead R&D of new modified plastic products, encompassing formulation design, process optimization, and performance testing. Adjust material properties (e.g., reinforcement, flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance) based on client requirements (e.g., automotive, home appliances, electronics sectors), and validate formulation feasibility through experimentation.
2. Process Design and Optimization: Develop production formulation systems and process flows. Proficient in parameter tuning for equipment like twin-screw extruders. Resolve technical challenges such as rheological control and crystallization issues during processing. Convert laboratory formulations into industrial production processes, ensuring stability and cost control.
3. Product Performance Enhancement: Improve existing product properties (e.g., strength, toughness, weather resistance) through formulation or process adjustments. Establish technical standard documents (e.g., inspection specifications, operating manuals) to provide production guidance.
4. Technical Support and Market Engagement: Monitor industry technical trends, provide client technical consultations, offer material selection recommendations, and deliver failure analysis solutions. Collaborate with sales to resolve customer production issues and participate in exhibitions and technical exchange events.
5. R&D Management: Develop project plans and coordinate R&D resources; complete technical documentation and intellectual property filings. Must possess experimental design and data analysis capabilities to drive technological innovation and product iteration.
Yêu cầu
1. Hold a master's degree or higher in polymer science and engineering, polymer chemistry and physics, polymerization and polymer engineering, chemical engineering and technology, or related fields;
2. Possess strong English and communication skills; Chinese is an advantage
3. Demonstrate initiative and excellent interpersonal communication abilities;
4. Exhibit outstanding professional data analysis capabilities
