Finance Controller (Consolidation & Intercompany) | Cross-border eCommerce

I/ About the role
You will own the accuracy, completeness and traceability of financial data across our eCommerce group (POD/Dropship, with seller and fulfillment entities). Reporting directly to the CFO, you will build the finance control system of a fast-growing cross-border business.
II/ What you will do
Own month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting and consolidation across entities, including intercompany elimination, unrealized profit and foreign currency translation.
Ensure every number can be traced back to source transactions and documents.
Review P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. Analyze actual vs budget/forecast variances, raise early warnings and propose actions to the CFO and BU Heads.
Review and improve Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Fulfillment processes. Identify root causes of discrepancies, revenue leakage and control risks.
Analyze large transaction datasets to detect anomalies and fraud risk. Reconcile revenue, costs, inventory and gross margin.
Review reports and files for tax, audit and compliance (VAS/IFRS).
Work with FP&A, Accounting & Tax, Tech & Data and BU Heads to fix issues and improve processes.
Use Excel/Power Query and AI tools to process data, automate repetitive work and build data-driven controls. You are responsible for verifying output quality.
Join ERP/finance system implementation, making sure financial control, reporting and audit trail requirements are built in.
Work in a cloud-based, low-code environment (Lark Suite/Lark Base).
III/ What we are looking for
3-5 years in Accounting, Financial Control, Internal Audit or Corporate Finance, with hands-on financial reporting and consolidation.
Experience with multi-entity accounting/reporting.
Solid knowledge of VAS and IFRS (US GAAP is a plus).
Strong Excel and Power Query, comfortable with large datasets.
Financial control, audit and risk mindset, with attention to accuracy and traceability.
Able to work directly with non-finance teams and drive improvements.
Practical experience applying AI/automation at work.
English: able to read and write reports and emails (spoken English not required for now).
Nice to have
Chief Accountant certificate, ACCA or CPA.
Experience in eCommerce, Retail, D2C, Consumer Business or Advertising/Marketing services.
Big 4 or reputable audit firm background.
ERP implementation, SQL/Python, or US/cross-border business experience.
