Finance Director - Bel Gà Asia

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to finance & accounting, create insight and value add to the management team and partner with the General Director of Bel Ga Asia (Viet Nam, Cambodia, Myanmar) and the Group CFO of Yellow Bird to deliver on the strategic and operational objectives.

We are looking for a talented individual, with preceding international experience in a European group with activities in Asia, with a skillset to seamlessly report into both joint venture partners and which is used to work with the highest reporting standards.
Your Responsibilities:
• In charge of finance and IT (Viet Nam, Cambodia, Myanmar)
• Supervise the monthly, quarterly and annual close for all joint-venture companies in Asia together with the local finance teams, using international reporting standards and in line with the reporting calendar; (split: statutory - preparation accounts and group reporting, Supervision Consolidation, automation and Monthly reporting)
• Supervise Production budgets and rolling forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow).
• Perform cost calculations with the local finance teams and set up processes and systems to monitor the cost prices in our rearing- and breeding farms and hatcheries.
• Commercial Finance: Margin Calculations on the sales of DOC's (day old chicks) and team up with the General Director to determine the sales price lists.
• Manage banking relationship and treasury related activities to ensure we honor all obligations versus our stakeholders.
• Be the gatekeeper together with the General Director to make sure we execute our investment program within budget.
• Enhance the use, reports and automation of the financial processes in FAST.
