Oversee the company's financial planning process, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
Cash Flow & Inventory Control
Ensure efficient cash flow management to meet operational and investment needs.
Oversee inventory accounting processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize financial risks related to inventory.
Implement and maintain effective controls to safeguard the company's assets and financial resources.
Due Diligence & Compliance
Conduct and lead financial due diligence for potential business opportunities and partnerships.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements, managing relationships with tax authorities.
Prepare for and manage internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting.
Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and effectively lead a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the company's growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance within the finance team.
Ensure team members are well-trained and updated on the latest financial and regulatory developments.
Process Improvement & Systems
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
