Finance Manager

** Reporting to Global Services Director
** Key Responsibilities
• Performance review of shared service center deliveries for relevant entities. Input to continuous improvement towards Process Owners (AR, AP, GL) sitting in GS finance focus area
• Financial controlling of the company in scope Coordination with internal audit and corporate controlling
• Coordination of external audits (Tax etc.)
• Communication with external stakeholders through the local GS organization
• 1st line financial controlling in connection with reporting
• Support to business controlling, locally as well as regionally
• Support to local DSC business controlling
• Ensuring compliance with Danfoss SOX implementation
• Support DSC with the quarterly / yearly forecast activities
• Contact person for the local representatives of the Legal Compliance partner (EY) for legal compliance (ASA, Tax returns) related matters of the entity. Act as a stakeholder with representative of compliance partner in the countries covered by the Regional Finance Manager
• Secure quality and timeliness. Input to continuous improvement towards Process Owners (legal compliance processes) sitting in GS finance focus area. Bridge between Shared Service Center (Capgemini) and Compliance Provider for entity specific matters (not general process matters)
• Point of contact for General Managers around finance compliance
• Network and collaborate with other APR RFM and global RFMs
• Take active role in preparing and executing the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP HANA (One ERP)
• Prepare monthly report about accumulated spending of President's office, for tracking against budget.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis about GS NBTL for tracking against budget
• Compile and submit GS rolling forecast and target for GS, attending to queries and general support
• Prepare capex template (monthly)
• Extract listing of HR recruitment income (monthly)
• Update indent commission rate workings (once a year)
• Maintain credit block matrix (occasional)
• Maintain bank signatories' matrix (occasional)
