Mô tả công việc
1. Business Financial Insights - Your in-depth knowledge on financial/management accounting principles will help us to accurately reflect the business performance.
o Financial & Management Accounting
o Understand Business/ Country Economics & Regulations
o Preparation of Monthly Accounts Closing & MIS
o Setting up and strengthening the internal control mechanism and reporting structures for the business in different environments
o Designing benchmarks for the business against which evaluation can be performed
o Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
o Budgeting/forecasting & reporting as per Reporting Guidelines.
2. Controls, Compliance & Assurance - Your ability to evaluate risks and determining their impact on the management audit, developing and/or modifying audit procedures as required. You ensure compliances to legal and secretarial requirements as well as functioning within the norms of statutory audit regulations respective to country/ business.
o Internal Controls:
- Exploring avenues for reducing working capital and increasing cash cycle.
- Strengthening the "Internal Control "process in the organization
- Regulation & Statutory Compliance - ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements
- Understanding of local tax laws / VAT and working with govt agencies for refunds, tax benefits and aid in planning
- Legal and Statutory affairs of firms and managing External and Internal Audit
o Knowledge of transfer pricing
o Compliance Measures
o Measure & Assurance
3. Reporting- Critical focus of this role has to be on overall management reporting skills as per Olam standards. Business Forecast / Budgets / Monthly Variance analysis etc.
4. Capability Building: Build capability in finance function, growing finance leadership pipeline and ensuring effective knowledge & expertise transfer for effective execution of finance strategies

Yêu cầu
- ACCA/CPA with min 10 years of experience in finance and related fields - treasury, auditing and risk management;
- Strong IT skills & On hands experience with SAP R3;
- Fluent English communication skills, ability to work with diverse community globally;
- Experience in business involving derivatives accounting and taxation laws will be a plus;
- Preferred industry as Agriculture/Food Manufacturing.
- Willing to travel to Long An factory 2-3 times/week (Company has shuttle bus).
