Position: Financial Manager
Work Location: Quang Trung SC, HCMC.
Salary Range: Negotiation
Working time: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Responsibilities
‐ Timely delivery of the Financial Statement reports, including Monthly reports, budget, re‐ forecast, and other reports required support to decision making.
‐ Make suggestions/ guide depts/ track price & cost changes/ make savings where possible relating to Financial outcome ‐ profitability of the company.
‐ Conduct reviews and implement controls to manage the budget to ensure budgets are achieved by completing analysis and reporting of results against budget and forecasts on monthly basis.
‐ Maintain a healthy cash flow.
‐ Maintain the Tax compliance and timely submission.
‐ Protect the company at all costs on Contract negotiations by carefully look at any current or new contracts to review and improve where possible.
‐ Make sure the monthly profit analysis (pre and after costing) is produced as fast as possible after the shipment leaves to support for decision making on pricing adjustment accordingly of relevant departments.
‐ Head up the day to day's activities of the finance team / payments / deliveries / transactions / issues.
‐ Team building ‐ make sure team members are all content and satisfied in their roles. Coaching/ Training for team member's development.
Requirement
‐ Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing.
‐ ACCA/ CPA and Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus.
‐ 8 years of working experience on Accounting and Tax.
‐ 3 years at Manager level preferred.
‐ Proven in‐depth understanding of financial planning, budget management and finance reports.
‐ Accounting Information system (i.e., SAP, Oracle, FAST...).
‐ Working with Auditors, Tax, Custom.
‐ Manufacturing / Textile or MNC experience preferred.
‐ VAS, Accounting & Reporting Standard, Tax.
‐ Cashflow management.
‐ Team management.
‐ Proficiency in English and in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
‐ Communication and management skills.
‐ Well‐organized, good time‐management and problem solving.
