Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
Supporting the Country
Finance Manager with all audit activities.
Consistently analyzing financial data and presenting reports accurately and promptly; clearly communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitoring progress, changes, and keeping senior leadership informed of the financial status. Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; managing and reviewing all financial plans, comparing them to actual results to identify, explain, and correct variances as needed.
Managing organizational cash flow forecasting by collaborating with Vertical Heads; working with various leaders to assess the financial health of operations and establishing finance and administrative systems to support them.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure statutory compliance across all stations, managing branch P&L, and ensuring the accuracy of financial entries in the system. Ensuring accurate overseas billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Yêu cầu
A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. 1- 3 years of experience in finance in a similar role.
Robust financial knowledge and keeping abreast with recent financial trends and new methods developed in the field.
Knowledge of statutory compliance.
Ability to lead and motivate team members.
Ability to effectively handle tight deadlines and operational hiccups with ease good communication skills.
Technologically savvy, and expertise in Microsoft Professional tools. Past history of working with airlines/airline cargo industry
Quyền lợi
Salary range: 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/ per month
2 months probation with 100% full salary
SHUI applied as VN Labor Law
13th month salary and yearly performance bonus
