We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Senior Finance Officer to manage financial operations, tax compliance, and financial planning, supporting our fast-growing business in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Vietnamese tax and financial regulations, be fluent in Chinese, and preferably have experience in cross-border or local e-commerce businesses. Vietnamese-Chinese candidates are preferred.
岗位职责 | Responsibilities
财务管理 | Financial Management
• 负责公司日常财务管理,包括收入、支出、成本控制与利润分析;
• 编制月度、季度及年度财务报表,并向管理层提供财务分析与建议;
• 监督和优化公司现金流管理,确保资金链安全;
• 负责公司会计核算,确保财务数据的准确性和合规性;
• 维护并优化财务流程,提高财务管理效率。
• Manage daily financial operations, including revenue, expenses, cost control, and profit analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing analysis and recommendations to management.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow management to ensure financial security.
• Oversee accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Improve and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency.
税务与合规 | Tax & Compliance
• 熟悉越南税务法规,确保公司遵守当地税务和财务政策;
• 负责税务申报、增值税(VAT)、企业所得税(CIT)、个人所得税(PIT)等税务管理;
• 与当地税务机关及财务审计机构保持良好沟通,处理税务相关问题;
• 负责公司审计、年报及相关合规事务。
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax laws and financial policies.
• Handle tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax (CIT), and personal income tax (PIT).
• Maintain good relationships with local tax authorities and auditors, resolving tax-related issues.
• Manage company audits, annual reports, and other compliance matters.
电商财务管理 | E-Commerce Finance Management
• 具备电商财务经验,熟悉跨境支付、订单财务管理、平台佣金结算等;
• 了解Shopee、Lazada、TikTok等电商平台的财务规则,优化结算流程;
• 负责电商业务财务数据分析,提供有效的财务优化建议;
• 监督跨境资金流动,规避外汇及财税风险。
• Experienced in e-commerce finance, familiar with cross-border payments, order financial management, and platform commission settlements.
• Understand financial rules of platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, optimizing settlement processes.
• Analyze e-commerce financial data and provide optimization suggestions.
• Monitor cross-border fund flows, mitigating foreign exchange and tax risks.
