- Construct quality advice documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible for assisting the Financial Adviser with the proactive management of a client's affairs.
- Manage and respond to client queries within specific time frames.
- Fully comply with the industry's rules and standards.
- Maintain the clients' profile up to date.
- Conduct comparison research between financial products.
- Work collaboratively in a team to improve various business processes.
- Arrange and schedule appointments in a timely manner.
- Prepare, maintain and update client profiles on company software (Xplan).
- Prepare documents for financial adviser to produce financial reports (Statement of Advice and Review of Advice).
- Prepare applications for various financial products, including superannuation, investments and insurances.
- Follow up with company partners and clients to check up on outstanding requirements.
- Follow up with other third-party parties (Fund managers, Superannuation Funds, etc..) to collect relevant information for the financial adviser.
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with the company clients.
Salary: 400-600$

- Proficiency in English, especially in writing and speaking (IELTS Certificate of 7.0+ or equivalent required).
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Preference given to Australian graduates.
