Responsibilities:
1. Product & Business Operations (40%):
• Own the day-to-day operations of live passive investment products: monitor service
levels, handle issues and incidents, and keep delivery running smoothly.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal,
Design, Marketing, and Operations.
• Design, document, and continuously improve operating processes and SOPs; drive
efficiency, controls, and accountability.
• Own operational metrics, KPIs, and dashboards; use them to spot and fix bottlenecks.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and partnership opportunities with
financial institutions and securities firms.;
2. Business & Commercial Execution (30%)
• Support on business case and commercial decisions, and execute the commercial
plan for live products.
• Gather ongoing market insight and user feedback to inform pricing, positioning, and
product improvements.
• Operationalize pricing, fees, and commercial terms; track margins and unit
economics and flag risks to viability.
• Drive go-to-market execution and adoption: launch rollout, internal
training/enablement, and coordination with Sales & Marketing.
3. Data-Driven Optimization (20%)
• Track commercial, product, and operational performance, turning data into actionable
optimization opportunities.
• Analyze pricing, margins, adoption, and operational efficiency to improve outcomes
for live products.
• Feed insights back into the
product owner's roadmap and into process
improvements.
4. Product Development (10%)
• Translate operational and commercial needs into clear enhancement requirements
(BRD, workflow) and hand off to the build team.
• Coordinate with the build team on fixes, UAT, and the internal Treasury Management
System (TMS); review UX/UI changes.

2. Skillset:
• Familiarity with securities products (especially with Bond, Fixed Income, Passive
Investment), stock market operations, margin lending, or investment products is a

• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management - keeps many
parties in sync and unblocks work to hit deadlines.
• Good communication skills - clear, concise, and transparent.
• 2+ years in Product, Business Intelligence, or Financial Services roles.
• Prioritization & Product Decision-Making.
3. Toolset:
• Proficient in Word/Excel/ Power BI/ Python is a plus
• Proficient in using diagram softwares (Lucid/Figjam/...) with strong understanding
about BMPN or UML is a plus.
