About Finhay
Founded in 2017, Finhay is one of Vietnam's pioneering digital finance platforms, on a mission to make investing and personal finance simple, transparent and accessible for every Vietnamese. What began as a savings app for first-time investors has grown into a digital investment ecosystem serving millions of users nationwide.
What sets Finhay apart is its strategy of combining financial technology with fully licensed traditional financial infrastructure. Through the acquisition of Vina Securities Joint Stock Company, now Finhay Securities Joint Stock Company (FHSC), Finhay became the first fintech in Vietnam to own a securities company. This milestone has enabled Finhay to build a comprehensive financial ecosystem spanning stock trading, fund certificates, savings and accumulation products, gold, and personal finance management tools.
Beyond its technology and product capabilities, Finhay is backed by several leading international investment funds through a USD 25 million Series B round. With a young team, a strong spirit of innovation and a culture that values ownership, fast learning and adaptability, Finhay is steadily establishing itself as a leading modern fintech and securities brand in Vietnam.
