Job Responsibilities:
• Manage STREETS food & beverage enterprise operations, including all guest and tour services,
staffing, scheduling, and budgets.
• Maintain international food safety, hygiene, and facility standards.
• Control all expenses, including labor, food, beverage, utilities,
purchasing, and inventory.
• Maximize average check, walk-in & our guest revenue.
• Manage on-site structured Trainee apprentice program.
• Complete all management reports & assignments as a key member of the leadership team.
