Food & Beverage Manager

A. Core Requirements (Mandatory)
Education
• College or University Degree (preferred fields: Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related disciplines).
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in restaurant and/or hotel operations.
Professional Knowledge
• Solid understanding of food & beverage operations, cost control, and service standards.
• Knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards.
Technical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software.
Soft Skills & Competencies
• Demonstrated management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Work Conditions
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must currently reside in Vietnam.
• Must live in or relocate to Hoi An at the start of employment (one-time relocation expense provided).
• 100% non-smokers only.
B. Preferred / Additional Qualifications
• Previous experience in international hospitality environments.
• Experience managing structured training or trainee/apprentice programs.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue optimization and guest experience.
