Mô tả công việc
- Create and develop 2D technical drawings for footwear bottom and upper
components.
- Develop 3D design concepts, graphics, patterns, textures, and layouts based on
customer and project requirements.
- Translate design ideas into detailed technical specifications for product
development and sample production.
- Review, revise, and improve drawings and design files to ensure accuracy and
compliance with industry standards and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, technicians, and related departments to support the
product development process.
- Ensure all artwork, patterns, and design outputs are aligned with brand
guidelines and quality expectations.
- Support sample reviews and implement necessary design modifications during
development stages.
- Maintain organized design files, technical documents, and project records.
- Stay updated on footwear design trends, materials, and relevant design software
technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Footwear
Design, or related fields.
- Experience in 2D/3D design, preferably in footwear, fashion, or product
development industries.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,
CorelDRAW, Rhino, Blender, or other 2D/3D design tools.
- Good understanding of technical drawing standards and product development
processes.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic English communication skill.
