We are currently looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our growing team at our Vietnam office.
Join us and be part of an international team with a passion for sports and the outdoors.
Turn design briefs, references, and rough ideas into creative footwear concepts and sketches.
Create quick rough sketches by hand or digitally to visualize shoe shapes, proportions, silhouettes, and key design
details.
Explore materials, colors, graphics, construction methods, and functional details to develop compelling footwear
design options.
Develop and refine selected concepts into clear presentations for product development, including mood boards,
color/material directions, and visual references when needed.
Work closely with Product and Technical Design teams to ensure concepts are visually compelling, functional, and
suitable for further development.
Create quick and expressive sketches to effectively capture and communicate footwear ideas.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in footwear design or footwear concept development.
Strong portfolio demonstrating footwear concept development and design, rather than purely graphic design.
Good understanding of footwear design, construction, materials, and components.
Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
Strong hand-drawing and/or digital sketching skills, especially for footwear and 3D forms.
Good understanding of U.S. fashion, footwear, and design trends.
Upper-Intermediate English communication skills.
University graduate; a degree from a U.S. university is a plus.
A passion for sports, climbing, and outdoor activities is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating footwear concept development and design, rather than purely graphic design.
