Business Development Manager - Vietnam Based
We are looking for a driven Forex / CFD
Business Development Manager based in Vietnam to support our international and regional growth across Southeast Asia.
This role will work directly with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and focus on building outreach through social media, identifying new opportunities, and connecting with smaller regional IBs who are looking for flexible and rewarding partnership models.
Important note:
This position is focused strictly on international and regional Southeast Asian markets. It does not involve soliciting, marketing to, or onboarding domestic Vietnam clients.
We are not only looking for candidates from traditional FX sales backgrounds. What matters most is the ability to take initiative, communicate well, and consistently push opportunities forward.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong English communication skills
Familiarity with the Forex / CFD or financial services industry
A proactive and results-driven mindset
Confidence in using social media for outreach and relationship building
The ability to work independently and create opportunities through personal effort, ideas, and initiative
A flexible approach to regional business development
Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage, and additional Southeast Asian languages are also welcomed.
