Mô tả công việc
Work directly with the E-commerce team to analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for AI adoption and process automation.
Design, develop, and continuously improve AI tools and automation workflows to streamline daily operations and minimize manual tasks.
Integrate and customize AI solutions for AI-powered copywriting, video editing, competitor data crawling, and automated reporting.
Develop and integrate data collection and processing solutions, APIs, and dashboards to support e-commerce operations.
Research and implement emerging AI technologies, AI agents, and automation tools to address real-world business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), provide guidance, and train internal teams to effectively use AI tools.

Yêu cầu
Background in IT, technology, AI, automation, software development, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Python, data processing, web crawling, and API integration.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation to develop practical solutions.
Familiarity with the Southeast Asian e-commerce ecosystem; experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada is a plus.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technology to business needs and optimize operational workflows.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently to take solutions from concept to implementation.
Basic knowledge of Python, data processing, web crawling, and API integration.
