Frasers Property's multinational businesses operate across five asset classes, namely, residential, retail, commercial & business parks, industrial & logistics as well as hospitality. Currently, Frasers Property is hiring Intern - Tenant experience​ (Customer Experience Department)
Responsibilities
Customer Service (60%)
- Address tenants' inquiries and requests within the timeframe of local regulations and organizational policies and service standards.
- Refer tenants to other partners and services as required.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Work at the Reception Counter according to the schedule assigned by the Team Leader
- Welcome, check-in, provide information, and direct visitors to work and visit the Building.
- Answer, receive, and process calls, and emails from tenants and visitors.
Administration (40%)
- Supporting all Tenant Experience activities in setting up and executing logistics for monthly events.
- Monitor and update operational inventories of facility floors.
