What you'll handle
Set up, manage & optimize Google Search Ads campaigns
Focus on qualified leads and lead quality, not just traffic
Keyword research, match types, negative keywords & search term optimization
Set up and maintain Google Ads conversion tracking
Monitor CPL, conversion rate, lead volume & campaign performance
Optimize campaigns and provide weekly performance reports
You don't need to write ad copy, our Content Team will handle ad copy and creative assets. Your focus is campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and performance.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Proven experience running Lead Generation campaigns
Experience with US local service businesses is a strong plus
Able to independently set up and manage campaigns
Strong understanding of Google Ads conversion tracking
Good written English
Experience working remotely and communicating via Slack
Big plus
Experience with automotive/local services such as ceramic coating, PPF, window tint, car detailing, etc.
Experience optimizing for lead quality and CPL
Rate: 1,000,000 - 1,500,000 VND / project / month
