About Kamui
Kamui Finance runs real-world-asset (RWA) vaults for institutions and financial platforms. Deploying a vault contract is the easy part. Kamui implements each client's mandate and operates the daily work behind the vault: issuer and asset eligibility, NAV, allocation, liquidity, settlement, reconciliation and reporting, carried out by one accountable team under a written responsibility boundary.
Clients can hold a position in Kamui RWA Earn, commission a dedicated vault through Kamui Bespoke Earn, or integrate Kamui RWA Earn into their own product through Kamui Embedded Vault. Partners that want to run their own branded vault can do so on Kamui Vault OS, with Kamui providing and monitoring the system underneath. Kamui is part of the Cosmic Wire group and is backed by EMURGO Group.
The role
Kamui is looking for a designer to produce its marketing visuals, video and collateral. The work covers three areas, and most weeks will touch more than one of them. The role is part-time and capped at 20 hours per week.
What you will do
Design campaign and social graphics for Kamui's launches, announcements and ongoing channels.
Produce short video and motion pieces for campaigns and social.
Build supporting materials, such as one-pagers and partner collateral, for use with institutional clients and distribution partners.
Pick up existing design artifacts in Claude Design, iterate on them, and produce new ones there.
Plan your week around the 20-hour ceiling, and flag early when a request looks likely to push past it, so that work is reprioritised rather than overrun.
What we are looking for
A portfolio that shows both static and motion work.
The ability to work in Claude Design, where Kamui's design artifacts are created and managed. Prior experience with Claude Design is highly useful but not essential, provided you can become productive in it quickly.
The discipline to work within a fixed weekly cap and to raise capacity questions early rather than late.
Comfort taking written briefs and precise feedback and turning both into finished assets.
Experience designing for financial services, fintech or digital assets.
Figma, used under the file-ownership terms set out below.
How we work
Hours.
The role is capped at 20 hours per week. Plan around that ceiling. If a request looks like it will take you past it, say so early so that priorities can be reset.
Tools.
Kamui's design artifacts live in Claude Design, and that is where new work is produced by default. Figma is also acceptable, provided each file is created in, or has its ownership transferred to, a Kamui-owned Figma workspace, so that Kamui retains ownership of the work.
