Your responsibilities:
- Set up development tools and infrastructure
- Understand and communicate stakeholder needs to developers
- Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
- Ensure systems are secure and protected from cybersecurity threats
The ideal candidate:
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Good experience with:
Linux-based infrastructure
SCM
Shell Scripting
Configure and manage databases
Selection and deployment of the appropriate CI/CD tools
Troubleshooting and resolving organizational issues
- Good working knowledge of virtualization, network protocols, service mesh
- Experience with Docker, Clustering (Kubernetes) and HA
- Experience with cloud services, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Good/Basic understanding about:
Programming language
Cloudflare, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube - Familiar with Agile development methodologies and software life-cycle management
- English proficiency
