Client & Agent Coordination: Communicate with clients and global agents to manage shipments and optimize logistics.
Carrier & Transport Management: Select carriers, negotiate rates, and book cargo (air & sea).
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare invoices, customs forms, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Customs Clearance: Work with customs officials for smooth clearance and timely issue resolution.
Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor shipments, provide updates, and mitigate risks.
Customer Service: Address inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional field visits to ports, warehouses, and transport hubs. Irregular hours may be required for urgent shipments or time zone differences. Education: Bachelor's in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
Skills: Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and compliance.
Language: Fluent in English & Vietnamese.
Tech Proficiency: Experience with logistics software & tracking systems.
