About the Role:
This isn't your typical entry-level job. As our Amazon Idea Creator, you'll be at the forefront of our product development process. You'll be responsible for researching market trends, identifying unmet customer needs, and generating innovative product ideas for the Amazon marketplace. You'll work closely with experienced team members who will mentor and guide you, providing a fantastic learning environment to kickstart your career. You'll be encouraged to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and contribute your unique ideas from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer demands within specific product categories on Amazon.
Idea Generation: Brainstorm and develop new product ideas that align with our company's mission and target audience.
Product Viability Analysis: Evaluate the potential of new product ideas, considering factors like market size, competition, profitability, and feasibility.
Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends, consumer behaviors, and Amazon platform updates.
Data Analysis (Basic): Learn to analyze basic sales data, customer reviews, and search trends to inform product ideas.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and sourcing teams to bring your ideas to life.
Presentation: Prepare and present your product ideas to the team, clearly articulating your rationale and supporting data.
Continuous learning: Taking any courses or training the company provides for professional development.

No Prior Experience Required: We're looking for potential and passion, not years of experience! This is an entry-level role perfect for final-year students or recent graduates or those looking to break into the e-commerce industry.
Creativity & Innovation: A natural ability to think creatively, generate new ideas, and approach problems from different angles.
Passion for E-commerce: A genuine interest in the world of online shopping and a desire to learn about the Amazon marketplace.
Research Skills: Strong research abilities, including the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
Analytical Thinking: A basic understanding of analytical concepts and a willingness to learn how to interpret data.
Good Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your ideas.
Enthusiasm & Curiosity: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine curiosity about how things work.
