Fresher JavaScript Developer AI-assisted development

LYSA, a viet-phap company, is hiring a JavaScript developer (M/F) for our European customer projects. We're looking for a tech-code-lover, a fresher with strong interest in JavaScript, NodeJS and PostgreSQL, eager to learn new things every day.

You will work closely with foreign technical experts to build new functionalities of a B2B platform, from Frontend to Backend, following the software roadmap.

How we work: our entire development process now runs on Claude Code.

• Specs are drafted, challenged and refined with Claude Code before any line of code
• Tickets are written, split and estimated with Claude Code
• Code is produced in pair with Claude Code - you drive, you review, you own it
• Tests are generated and maintained with Claude Code, and they are not optional

This is not a gimmick or a side experiment: it is how the team works daily. You will spend less time typing boilerplate and much more time on what actually matters - understanding the business need, writing a precise spec, reading code critically, and deciding whether what the AI produced is correct. As a fresher, you will learn modern engineering and an AI-first workflow at the same time. No prior experience with Claude Code is required - we train you.

Must be:

• Able to deliver a workable piece of software on time
• Able to write and maintain unit tests to improve your delivery quality
• Able to read and critically review code you did not write yourself - spotting what is wrong in an AI-generated diff is a core skill here
• Able to express a problem clearly in writing (spec, ticket, prompt)
• Able to work in an international environment with responsibility and autonomy
• Good in English (speaking and writing). The job interview will be held in English
• Flexible mind to find a way through difficulty and stay focused on solving the problem

Must have:

• Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
• Familiarity with NodeJS, JavaScript, Git, NPM, JSON is an advantage
• Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted development and its limits
• Experience with an ERP system (Odoo) is a plus
