Future International Performance Marketer Program
Crossian is a high-growth technology-driven e-commerce business. Behind our success is our people. As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 900% in just under 4 years. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer LTV.
The first large-scale recruitment program exclusively for GenZ in the field of Performance Marketing at Crossian, which will cultivate a solid foundation of expertise, skills and career orientation for those interested in the field.
GenZ will experience, study and work in the environment of a Global company. The Special program will help you become an International Marketer Specialist from 6 months- 1 year.

Working Hours (Vietnam Time Zone):
Campaign Operation & Management: 8:00pm to 7:00am the following day, daily.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through Meta Ads by executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for our fashion products in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for:
Managing & optimizing ad campaigns:
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Meta Ads to maximize ROAS and maintain profitability.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to scale winning products.
Testing & scaling products:
Collaborate with the content team to test new products and creative concepts.
Balance between testing and scaling to ensure overall marketing efficiency.
Collaboration & insight sharing:
Work closely with the Content team to provide feedback on winning ad angles and content directions.
Participate in weekly meetings to align with cross-functional teams and refine strategies.
