Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresh Graduates to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about software quality and want to build a career in Manual Testing and Automation Testing through structured training and hands-on project experience.
You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and work closely with experienced QA Engineers while contributing to real-world software projects for international clients.
Responsibilities
Participate in training programs covering software testing fundamentals, QA processes, and testing tools.
Analyze business and functional requirements.
Design, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure product quality.
Support test planning, test execution, and test reporting activities.
Learn and apply test automation frameworks and tools (for Automation Testing track).
Continuously improve testing knowledge, technical skills, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Education
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Understanding of testing concepts, test cases, defect management, and QA methodologies.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# is a plus.
Familiarity with automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, etc.) is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred.

Language Requirements
Good English communication skills.
TOEIC 850+, IELTS 6.5+, or equivalent is preferred.
