Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of financial applications and associated systems, including standalone and web◦ based applications.
Develop system integration solutions, deploy, and support a diverse portfolio of applications written in .NET, Java, and Python, while managing the underlying server infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex application issues, identify root causes, and provide high◦ quality, end◦ to◦ end support to
developers and power users.
Gain in◦ depth understanding of application interdependencies to ensure seamless integration and operation across systems.
Collaborate with onshore US teams, developers, power users, and other infrastructure professionals to deliver robust solutions.
Actively contribute to enhancing CI/CD pipelines, cloud solutions, and automation processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Yêu cầu
◦ Essential Skills
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively work with US◦ based teams and handle technical documentation.
Strong foundational knowledge of server systems and internet technologies such as DNS, SSH/SSL, FTP, and TCP/IP networks.
Hands◦ on experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins Pipeline
Demonstrated experiences in Azure Cloud, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or on◦ premises Kubernetes (K8s) solutions.
Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies, with hands◦ on skills in tools like Terraform for infrastructure management and Ansible for automation and configuration.

Familiarity with system troubleshooting and scripting in shell or other languages.
Previous exposure to working in financial services or highly regulated industries.
Willingness to work in night shifts as needed, ensuring critical operations support.
