Job Description
Plan and organize the daily operations of the front office department.
Assign and supervise tasks for supervisors and staff within the team.
Monitor room rates on the system to ensure accurate updates according to promotions, peak seasons, and special offers.
Regularly check staff's grooming, appearance, and professional attitude.
Oversee, motivate, monitor, and evaluate staff performance.
Support front desk staff in welcoming VIP guests, long-stay customers, or regular clients to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Foster positive relationships with team members and other hotel departments.
Participate in seminars and training programs related to front office operations.
Attend management meetings actively and provide updates when required.
Organize regular and ad-hoc departmental meetings to communicate tasks, policies, and new regulations.
Handle administrative duties as assigned by the hotel management.
Prepare internal reports as required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager or hotel owners.

Requirement
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar front office management role.
Education: College or University degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.
Professional appearance, energetic, and well-presented.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong knowledge of hotel management software.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle complex situations and resolve guest complaints professionally and effectively.
Strong time management, leadership, and staff supervision abilities.
