Job summary
As a Front End Developer at PATI Group, you will be a pivotal contributor to the success of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce business by ensuring the performance, scalability, and innovation of our Shopify platform. Your primary objective will be to develop and optimize eCommerce solutions that drive seamless user experiences, empower our Men's Health and Women's Health collections, and support the company's ambitious revenue targets of $25M by 2025 in all channel including but not limited to Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve technical challenges, enhance Shopify functionality to strengthen the technical foundation of our eCommerce operations.

Conversion Rate Improvement: Drive improvements in our site's conversion rate through innovative UI/UX design and implementation.
Speed of Implementation: Efficiently develop and deploy new features or updates, maintaining high standards of code quality.
Adoption of Best Practices: Adhere to and promote Shopify's best practices, modern web development standards, and progressive enhancement techniques.
Bug Resolution Rate:Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs to maintain a seamless user experience.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain eCommerce sites on the Shopify platform, including custom themes, Liquid programming, and third-party app integration.
Lead the development and delivery of technical projects (CRO)LTV/
Business Development), including managing internal and external teams and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.
Ensure website optimization, speed, and security, and explore third-partexpand functionality.
Research and evaluate new technologies (AI + Automation) to enhance our products and processes/SOPs, contributing to internal ecommerce-related projects.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
2+ years of experiencein website development, with expertise in Liquid templating, theme customization, and app development.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, includingHTML5,CSS3,JavaScript(ReactJS/NextJS), andTypeScript.
Familiarity withGoogle Analyticsfor Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and hands-on expertise in Google Content Experiments for testing.
Strong communication abilities, fluent in both written and spoken English, as our office operates in a 100% English-speaking environment.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:
1+ years of experienceworking with Shopify.
Familiarity withShopify API,GraphQL, andShopify CLI, as well as best practices in theme development.
Experience with AI and automation tools for eCommerce.
Knowledge of other eCommerce platforms, such asMagento,WooCommerce, andBigCommerce.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:VND 13,000,000 - 23,000,000 VND/month.
Performance Bonuses:Annual bonuses can be up to 10 months of salary, based on performance measured by net profit, SOP, and adherence to cultural key behaviors.
Equity Offer:Potential to transition into a CTO role with an equity offer.
Working Location
On-site, 18A street number 38, An Khanh ward, Thu Duc (District 2), Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday:8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Saturday (Culture Day):6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We spend morning on running and reviewing our week.
