Frontend Developer ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript

• Xây dựng và duy trì giao diện Admin (CMS, Dashboard, Reporting tools) giúp team sản phẩm, vận hành quản lý nội dung, theo dõi metric, phân tích dữ liệu và tạo báo cáo một cách hiệu quả.
• Tích hợp chặt chẽ với API backend (REST/GraphQL) và đảm bảo trải nghiệm tải dữ liệu mượt mà, hiệu năng tốt.
• Làm việc cùng Product, Backend, QA/QC, UI/UX và Data team để đảm bảo yêu cầu nghiệp vụ được chuyển thành UI trực quan, dễ dùng.
• Theo dõi và tối ưu hiệu năng, xử lý bottleneck trên client.
• Đảm bảo code clean, dễ bảo trì và nhất quán.

Must-have

• 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm với ReactJS / NextJS.
• Thành thạo TypeScript (typing, generics, interface/type).
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc với state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil hoặc Context + reducer).
• Kinh nghiệm xây dựng Dashboard, Chart (ví dụ: [protected info], Recharts, ApexCharts).
• Kinh nghiệm với công cụ bundler (Vite, Webpack) và CI/CD cơ bản.
• Thành thạo Git, code review và quy trình phát triển Agile.
• Hiểu UX cơ bản, quen thuộc với Figma.
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc với REST hoặc GraphQL API.

Nice-to-have

• Kinh nghiệm xây hệ thống permission/role-based UI cho Admin.
• Kinh nghiệm với realtime (Socket.IO, Websocket) hoặc xử lý data stream.
• Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực game, analytics hoặc AI.
• Có mindset UX tốt, tư duy logic UI mạch lạc.
