Frontend Developer ( Senior )

1. Web design:
- Demonstrate knowledge of website design integrated with other internal or external services, ensuring they are highly optimized for user experience and conversion by carefully considering their information architecture.
- Stay up to date with the latest web design technologies and techniques to apply them within website creations.
- Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team.
- Provide 'integrated solutions' (i.e. SEO, Insight, Content, Web Development, Design, and Social) as core values.
2. Communication & problem solving:
- Assist in critical support issues where experience is required to ascertain the issue quickly and find the appropriate resolution.
- Support others in problem-solving to generate ideas and solutions.
- Create a culture of promoting new ideas or up-sell opportunities within the team for clients.
- Ensure written work adheres to brand/template guidelines and client communication is at an excellent and professional level.
- Ensure quotations take into account all possible risks and contain the appropriate contingency.
3. Technical support:
- Oversee design quotes, analysis, specifications to ensure they are complete and accurate.
- Support other departments with technical advice, contribute to RFPs, and assist in large pitches to potential clients.
- Oversee the technical strategy and implementation of internal development stream activities.
- Provide training and workshops for clients and/or staff as required.
- Share technical knowledge and mentor less experienced team members.
4. Company best practice:
- Stay aware of the latest data protection and security threats and mitigate risks against known industry standards.
- Offer technical guidance to the team and the company to deliver best practices.
- Efficiently manage workload and accurately record time using the company timesheet system.
- Keep knowledge of web design and the digital industry up to date by networking, researching, and reading blogs and news sources.
- Share knowledge, insight, best practices, and ideas freely.
