What You Will Do:
Build responsive, high-quality web applications using React, JavaScript/JSX, Vite, and Tailwind CSS
Design and develop scalable backend services using C# and .NET 8
Build and integrate APIs and distributed services in a cloud-native AWS environment
Develop containerized applications using Docker and deploy services on AWS ECS
Design event-driven workflows using AWS SQS, ECS, Batch, and S3
Collaborate across frontend and backend to design end-to-end product solutions
Contribute to system architecture, code quality, testing, and technical best practices
Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and AWS infrastructure costs

We welcome candidates based anywhere in Vietnam who are available to work remotely.
You might be a great fit if:
3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/JSX development
Hands-on experience with Vite and Tailwind CSS
Strong backend development experience with C# / .NET
Experience building and integrating REST APIs and distributed services
Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration, preferably ECS
Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB
Experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing
Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience with AWS SES, ECR, and Batch
Experience building microservices and high-scale applications
CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code experience
Experience with automated testing and modern frontend testing frameworks
Experience with AWS serverless services and other cloud-native technologies

Salary range: $1,000 - $2,000 / month.
No probation period - 100% official salary from Day 1.
13 months salary per year.
Salary review: Once a year
As a US-based company, local Vietnamese health insurance is not provided.
Time & Environment:
100% Remote work.
Working hours: Flexible standard Vietnam business hours. (Must be available to collaborate with the team and fix bugs).
Stand-ups: 2 days/week (Mon & Wed) at around 9:00 PM (VN Time) to sync directly with the US-based CEO.
