Mô tả công việc

The Direct Tutor (DT) is a member of the Academic Team, and plays a vital role in students' learning success.
Deliver premium student educational experience with unrivaled customer service and care
Ensure that students trust and follow the school's teaching methodology
Ensure that students are committed and adhere to their study plan and progress
Give advising sessions, personalized support and assist students with their interaction with study technology, and other learning needs.
Assist students with their multimedia learning in the Interactive Center (computer lab) and assist with any learning queries that students may have about the content
Conduct student follow-ups and general Academic team's administration duties
Coordinate with Direct Teachers for various student-centered activities
Other tasks assigned by Academic Manager as required

Yêu cầu công việc

Vietnamese national, aged between 22 - 28 years
Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy/English linguistics
Demonstrate fluency in English (TOEIC score 800+ or IELTS 6 is recommended)
Tutoring experience in English is an advantage
Passionate about English and education
Energetic, friendly, professional and highly customer focused
Enjoy speaking English and is comfortable doing so on a daily basis
Willing to work following flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (08 work hours/day, 5.5 days/week)
Able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
