Fullstack AI Engineer [English fluent - Offer upto 55M]

Role Overview
We are looking for hands-on GenAI Fullstack Engineers to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve internal business processes. This is a small, implementation-focused team. Engineers are expected to work directly on the solution and be able to independently drive a project with a Technical Leader and/or 1-2 other team members.
Job Description
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that improve internal business processes.
Build GenAI solutions from prototype to production, including LLM integration, RAG, AI Agents, document processing, APIs, and workflow automation.
Develop backend services, connectors, and business-system integrations using Python or TypeScript.
Integrate and work with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI pipelines for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
Work directly with Product Owners and Technical Leaders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
Take ownership of technical components and clearly explain implementation details.
Apply AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.
Job Descriptions
4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
English fluent (4 skills)
Practical experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM applications.
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI Services.
Strong experience in at least one or more of the following areas:
LLM integration and prompt orchestration
RAG and vector search
AI Agent / Agent orchestration
Document AI and information extraction
Backend/API development
Power Automate and workflow automation
Enterprise system integration
Experience with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, or similar.
Ability to work independently in a small, implementation-focused engineering team.
