Fullstack Developer NodeJS/ReactJS,Javascript

• Design, code, and review scalable, maintainable software solutions that align with business and system architecture.
• Identify and address technical debt & challenges: Proactively analyze areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate across squads (frontend, backend, QC...) to share knowledge, align on best practices, and mentor junior team members
• Take ownership of features or systems; lead projects or squads when needed, ensuring delivery quality and guiding technical direction.

Must-Have:

• Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action and ownership.
• Quick to pick up new frameworks, libraries, and tooling as the stack evolves..
• From 1 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development - we're hiring across levels (Junior to Senior), and responsibilities will be matched accordingly
• Familiarity with macOS or Linux for development and deployment tasks.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge in our core stack is required; full expertise in one side (FE or BE) is acceptable:
