Drive the end-to-end development of fullstack features, from design to deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable systems.
Maintain high code quality through thorough reviews and independent testing.
Experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript in both frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in at least one frontend framework: ReactJS, VueJS, or NextJS.
Hands-on experience with [protected info] (NestJS or Express).
Solid experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and familiarity with NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB or Firebase.
Good understanding of fullstack web application architecture and Agile/Scrum development practices.
Proficient in using Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab for source code management (GitFlow familiarity is a plus).
Hands-on experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Capable of deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to work under the guidance of senior/lead
developers (shadow role).
Minimum commitment of 25 working hours per week.
English fluency is not required; internal communication is primarily in Vietnamese.
100% remote work - flexible and location independent.
