Job Description
Develop full-stack features for Geniee SFA/CRM service application (Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management)
Implement new features based on business team's requirements
Monitor network and system to prevent threats or system faults
Optimize web application for maximum speed, scalability and efficiency
Stay current with latest technology trends and adopt new tools/practices
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Must Have (At least ONE of the following technical requirements)
Backend Focus:
At least 3 years experience in backend development using Python
Experience in architecture design using cloud services (AWS/GCP)
Frontend Focus:
At least 3 years experience in frontend development using React and Typescript
Common Must Have Requirements
At least 4 years experience in web application development
Experience in product development based on cloud computing
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Japanese communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in both frontend (React/[protected info]) and backend (Python) development
Domain knowledge in sales support systems (Sales Force Automation)
Experience building customer management systems (CRM/ERP)
Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and distributed processing
Experience in UI/UX development
Experience building product infrastructure in cloud environments
Agile/Scrum development experience
