Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of new web applications and core system modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
Take ownership of key web infrastructure components, including existing systems and legacy code, ensuring their stability, performance, and security
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-impact solutions
Design and implement seamless integrations with critical third-party services, including payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, and AI services
Provide accurate technical estimations, contribute to project timeline planning, and participate in technical roadmap discussions
Mentor and guide junior developers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting their technical growth
Champion code quality through active participation in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Proactively identify areas for technical improvement, refactoring, and optimization within existing systems, including opportunities to leverage AI technologies
About You
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with hands-on exposure to e-commerce domain challenges and patterns
Proficiency in at least one backend language: Elixir, Golang, or [protected info]
Solid experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and message queue systems (RabbitMQ or Kafka)
Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with front-end development and testing practices (Unit, Integration, and E2E testing)
Background in third-party integrations (payment, logistics, AI services) and scalable system design
Good English communication skills would be a plus
You demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
