Game Designer (Middle level)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and update Game Design Documents (GDD).
Design and develop products from the initial concept stage through to completion.
Analyze the market to propose innovative mechanics and gameplay, and evaluate their competitive viability.
Create and test prototypes to assess the feasibility of ideas.
Analyze playtest feedback and propose gameplay improvements.
Collaborate closely with artists and developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Design UX to ensure the best possible player experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in a field related to design, marketing, economics, or IT; or 1-2 years of relevant experience in the game industry.
Understanding of game engine mechanics and animation.
Knowledge of mathematics and analytical skills.
Ability to write scripts and create designs using relevant software.
Problem-solving skills and ability to optimize designs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
Portfolio must showcase actual projects, level designs, or specific game systems.
Strong product mindset (ability to understand and experience the app from a real user's perspective).
Knowledge of and experience with RTP is a plus.
Communicative English proficiency.
