Game Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and maintain Game Design Documents (GDDs).
Design and develop game products from the ideation stage through to completion.
Conduct market research to propose innovative mechanics and gameplay features, and evaluate their effectiveness and competitiveness.
Create and test prototypes to assess the feasibility and potential of new ideas.
Analyze playtest feedback and propose improvements to gameplay and overall player experience.
Work closely with artists and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Design and optimize UX to deliver the best possible player experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 2+ years of relevant experience in the game industry.
Understanding of how game engines and animation systems work.
Good knowledge of mathematics and analytical thinking.
Ability to write game scripts and create designs using relevant software/tools.
Strong problem-solving and design optimization skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain ideas.
A portfolio demonstrating practical projects, level designs, or specific game systems is required.
Strong product mindset, with the ability to understand and experience the product from a real user/player perspective.
Knowledge and experience with RTP (Return to Player) is a plus.
Good conversational English.
