Job Description
Role Overview
As a Game Designer, you will work on iOS/Android mobile game projects targeted at the international market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct game market research and propose suitable game concepts/genres for the company.
Discover and research new ideas, then analyze and pitch/defend your game concepts.
Translate ideas into playable products by creating Game Design Documents (GDD), ensuring the final product matches the original design vision and player experience.
Evaluate and optimize in-game user experience (UX), and design new features for both existing and upcoming titles.
Design game features aimed at driving monetization and improving key game metrics.
Analyze game analytics and data to provide feedback and map out actionable updates to continuously improve the game.
Evaluate the pros and cons of various games, actively sharing gameplay insights and market experience with the team.
Job Requirements
1+ years of Game Design experience in the Puzzle genre, with direct hands-on experience in puzzle level design and balancing.
Passionate gamer with experience across multiple genres, possessing deep knowledge of current game industry trends and market dynamics.
Strong ability to understand, analyze, and anticipate mobile player preferences and behavior.
Excellent collaboration and cross-functional team coordination skills.
Strong data collection, analysis, and evaluation skills.
Creative mindset, always striving for innovation and continuous improvement.
Basic working knowledge of Unity.
Strong communication skills; capable of working effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Benefit
Salary: Up to 20,000,000 VND / month (negotiable based on capacity and experience).

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
Probation Period: 2 months with 100% official salary; full Social and Health Insurance coverage provided.
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses, year-end bonus, holiday bonuses, and annual business profit sharing.
Salary Review: Twice a year.
