Mô tả công việc
Handles customer inquiries through the use of online media;
Understand standard operating procedures and delivers service according to the quality standards set by the Company;
Assesses individual issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure that customer's needs are met;
Complete logs, records and daily shift reports;
Communicate information in detail and specifically to the Operation Team (Korea side);
Create events for Games and manage the Game Communities;
Performs other functions and special projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and Korean (TOPIK 5 or higher);
Passionate about playing games;
Knowledge of the mobile game market, game trends, game terminologies;
Knowledge of Game Operation is a plus;
Good communication, coordination, reporting and problem presentation skills;
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and Korean (TOPIK 5 or higher);
Passionate about playing games;
