What does the ROLE entail?
Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' expectations in a timely manner
Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, procedures and experience in the culinary world
This position will work a single station in the kitchen and require supervision and training
Responsible for maintaining a clean workspace
Responsible for communicating and working successfully in a team environment
This position also assists other cooks to ensure that Event Orders are prepped and prepared
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
