1. Raw Materials & Subcontracting Payment Management
• Manage Cost break down from sales team.
• Review invoices and details from raw material suppliers
• Process payments for raw material purchases and transportation costs
2. Raw Material Import Letter of Credit (L/C) Opening
• Review contract terms for raw materials from overseas suppliers and arrange to open import L/Cs accordingly
• Manage costs and bank charges related to L/C issuance
3. Garment Shipping Documentation Preparation
• Inform shipment procedures to factories by customer
• Prepare and submit export documentation in collaboration with factory commercial staff.
• Verify compliance with buyer's requirements and check for discrepancies
• Maintain and archive all related documents
4. Accounts Receivable & Export Payment Collection
• Issue invoices to buyer and manage payment terms (T/T, Open Account, L/C)
• Submit negotiation documents to banks and proceed with discounting/negotiation
• Monitor receipt of payment from buyer and manage outstanding receivables
• Notify the sales team and follow up with customers in case of overdue payments
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 5 years experience in the garment manufacturing or trading company, as a commercial staff.
• College graduate
• Fluent in english for both written & speaking
• Handled overseas and local purchasing (raw material, fabric and trims)
• Handled export document. (invoice, packing list, b/l, c/o etc)
• Handled payment from overseas customer.
