Garment Sales Merchandiser

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and business-minded Sales Merchandising Leader to support customer development, product offering, quotation preparation, and follow-through until order confirmation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to turn business opportunities into real orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams
Support customer briefs, product development, sourcing, and sample offering
Coordinate with SD, technical, fabric, trims, and costing teams
Prepare first-draft quotations using templates, formulas, and cost inputs
Analyze cost scenarios and understand key cost drivers
Follow up closely until order confirmation
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in garment merchandising, product development, sourcing, technical/sample development, or sales
Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
Good Excel and analytical skills
Technical garment knowledge is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong sales, sourcing, and learning ability
