Quality Control Management:
Develop and implement QA processes and procedures for sub-factories.
Conduct regular inspections and audits at sub-factory sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Standards and Compliance:
Ensure that all products meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including quality manuals, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
Train sub-factory staff on quality control procedures and standards.
Inspection and Testing:
Perform pre-production, in-line, and final product inspections to verify quality.
Conduct fabric and garment testing, including colorfastness, shrinkage, and seam strength tests.
Ensure accurate and consistent measurement and grading of garments.
Problem Resolution:
Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with sub-factory management to resolve production problems and improve processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to sub-factories to enhance overall quality.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of inspection results, audits, and corrective actions.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.
Track and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the garment or textile industry.
Proven experience in managing quality at multiple production sites or sub-factories.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, materials, and quality standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
Station in prefer one sub-factory sites and need travel if required.
Ability to work in various production environments.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate production schedules and urgent quality issues.
