Mô tả công việc
1. Manage pattern makers, sample sewing/cutting workers.
2. Ensure correct samples are produced on time
3. Work with designers, merchandisers, workshops to build optimal cost structure for each style
4. Verify consumptions and confirm consumptions with production team
5. Ensure pattern room completes correct work books from development stage through to gold seal
6. Work with merchandisers to ensure all samples are fully tested according to customer requirements.
7. Liaise with customers, technical team responding to their enquiries and submitting comments, reports and sample on requested ....
8. Explain key production/risk issues to in-house QC team and outside QC team. Work closely with the Production Manager

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING VIETNAMESE CANDIDATES ONLY
Knowledge and experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position/ team leader/ supervisor.
- Bachelor Degree in garment technology
- Good English language skills
- Proficient in Lectra
- Technical experience in garments
Skill set:
- Ability to work under high pressure, as part of a team and independently
- Able to work to tight schedules.
- Strong management skill and personal relationship skills.
