Warehouse General Manager

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree:
Preferred fields: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
An advanced degree such as an MBA is beneficial for the General Manager role.
Certifications (optional but advantageous):

Experience Requirements:
Warehouse Management:
5-7 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.

At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or logistics setting.
Experience in process improvement, efficiency optimization, and implementing safety protocols.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Leadership and Communication:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
